Eileen Rojas is PTA President and part of the Grant Writing Committee. She has two kids at Uni Hill and has experience as a scientific researcher and writer. She enjoys directly seeing the positive impact that grant funding has on Uni Hill. She and her family have a 30 minute commute to school everyday and it is absolutely worth it! There is no better place to be!

Our family was new to UniHill last year (my daughter, Sina, is now in 3rd grade), and volunteering with the UniHill PTA has been fantastic way for me to learn about the numerous ways the community comes together to support our school. UniHill PTA provides our teachers, students and families direct support and facilitates incredible and varied enrichment and social activities. There is so much good happening here and it's my privilege to be a small part of it.

Hi, I’m Kristina Olsen and mom to twins, Lars and Julia, who are in Kindergarten. This is our third school year at Uni Hill, starting with the pre-school program, and we feel privileged to be surrounded by a school community of caring and dedicated educators, diverse and engaging families as well as their beautiful, funny and active children! I have a varied background in project management, Montessori education for lower elementary grade levels, business development and grant work. What I love about our community is how people come together to support one another. I truly believe that people want to help and through our PTA, I see many exciting opportunities to do exactly that, with which I feel honored and grateful to be involved.

I’ve been a part of the UniHill family since 2011 when my son came to preschool. My children, Jeremy and Samantha, are now in 5th and 3rd grade, respectively. I have helped with just about every PTA function over the years but have landed on the Spring Fling. As a dancer in my previous life, I wanted to bring more artful opportunities to the kids. Spring Fling, the associated UniHill Dance Club and the very popular Talent Show have been a great experience for me and, I hope, everyone involved. My work with PTA has definitely enriched my experience at school, as well as my children’s. I enjoy being connected, on a deeper level, to the teachers and school administrators and have formed many wonderful friendships with my fellow parents. I highly encourage everyone to become involved in PTA, especially if you have a particular passion to share with our community.
